1/2 cup of greek yogurt
2 tbsp of rolled oats
2 tbsp of puffed spelt
1 nectarine (or grapes ..)
4 tbsp of walnuts
1 tsp of chia seeds (optional)
- In your serving dish, layer greek yogurt and your sliced nectarine.
- Then top with walnuts and repeat that step once or twice.
- Put another layer greek yogurt on top and top with your rolled oats and your puffed spelt.
- Next put some greek yogurt on top again and garnish with fruit, honey (optional) and chia seeds (optional). Enjoy! 🙂
