Greek Yogurt with Rolled Oats and Fruit




1/2 cup of greek yogurt

2 tbsp of rolled oats

2 tbsp of puffed spelt

1 nectarine (or grapes ..)

4 tbsp of walnuts

honey (optional)

1 tsp of chia seeds (optional)



  1. In your serving dish, layer greek yogurt and your sliced nectarine.
  2. Then top with walnuts and repeat that step once or twice.
  3. Put another layer greek yogurt on top and top with your rolled oats and your puffed spelt.
  4. Next put some greek yogurt on top again and garnish with fruit, honey (optional) and chia seeds (optional). Enjoy! 🙂
