Basil-Goats-Cheese-Dip

Ingredients:

7 oz of crumbled goats cheese (or feta cheese)

1/2 handful of basil leaves

3-4 tbsp of oil

1 garlic clove

 

Process:

  1. Put the goats cheese, the basil leaves, the oil and your garlic in a food processor and blend everything together.
  2. You can use less or more oil to get your required consistency.
  3. Also you can use more basil leaves to intensify the flavor. But I would suggest to start with less.
  4. Quick, easy ans delicious! A special dip for a barbecue to eat with baguette or bread.
