7 oz of crumbled goats cheese (or feta cheese)

1 cup of oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained

3-4 tbsp of oil

1 garlic clove



  1. Put the goat cheese,the sun-dried tomatoes, the oil and your garlic in a food processor and blend everything together.
  2. You can use less or more oil to get your required consistency.
  3. Quick and easy! The perfect dip for a barbecue to eat with baguette or bread.
