2 ripe bananas, frozen
1/3 cup of rolled oats
1/4 cup of unsalted peanuts
fruit of your choice (strawberries, raspberries and currants are my favorite fruit)
- Peel the banana and cut into slices.
- Put banana slices in a freezer bag and freeze over night or at least for 2 hours.
- Blend frozen banana slices in a food processor until you get a creamy consistency.
- Put your ice cream into a bowl and add rolled oats, peanuts, berries and chia seeds. Done!
Quick, easy and so delicious!!! I love the taste of bananas and peanuts – just amazing 🙂
