Amazing Immune-Boosting Green Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

 

1 banana (peeled)

2 kiwi fruits (peeled)

1/4 cup of fresh baby spinach

200 ml of unseweetened coconut water

100 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice

1 tsp of fresh ginger (peeled)

1 tsp of chia seeds

1/2 tbsp of spirulina

1/2 tsp of turmeric

Juice of half a lemon

 



 

Directions:

 

Blend everything until smooth and enjoy!!
