Banana Breakfast Bowl

 

Ingredients:

 

1 1/2 ripe banans

4-5 tbsp of rolled oats or muesli (with no added sugar)

1 tbsp of ground flaxseed

1/2 tbsp of chia seeds

1/2 tbsp of ceylon cinnamon

1/2 tbsp of peanuts, unsalted

1 kiwi fruit

2 tbsp of blueberries

 

 

 

Preparation:

 

  1. In a small bowl mash up one banana with a fork.
  2. Now add the oats, ground flaxseed, chia seeds and cinnamon. Mix everything together so that you get a firm consistency. You can also add more or less oats. You are the chef! ­čÖé
  3. Add the peanuts and the cut up kiwi fruit, 1/2 banana and the blueberries on top and you are ready to dig in!!!!!

 

It’s so easy and quick to make! You can take it with you to uni, work or school if you prepare it in a mason jar. This breakfast bowl is by far my favorite breakfast at the moment. It tastes like cake to me ­čśÇ You have to try it!! Leave a comment and tell me how you liked it<3
