Zucchini with Tuna and Tomato Paste

Zucchini with Tuna, Tomato Sauce and Parmesan



2 zucchini

5 oz of tuna

1 cup of tomato paste

1 garlic glove

2 tbsp of coconut oil/ any vegetable oil






  1. Heat the oil, add the garlic and cook 3 minutes.
  2. Add the zucchini and cook until tender ( ca. 10 min)
  3. Add the tuna and season with fresh rosemary.
  4. Cook for another 5 min.
  5. Add the tomato paste.
  6. Serve with parmesan.
  7. Easy, healthy and delicious! :))
