7 oz of crumbled goats cheese (or feta cheese)
1/2 handful of basil leaves
3-4 tbsp of oil
1 garlic clove
- Put the goats cheese, the basil leaves, the oil and your garlic in a food processor and blend everything together.
- You can use less or more oil to get your required consistency.
- Also you can use more basil leaves to intensify the flavor. But I would suggest to start with less.
- Quick, easy ans delicious! A special dip for a barbecue to eat with baguette or bread.
