Rye Wholemeal Sandwich with Tuna-Greek-Yogurt-Salad




1 rye wholemeal roll/ or 2 slices whole grain bread

1/2 can chunk light tuna

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1/4 cucumber, diced

1/2 – 1 tsp of mustard (optional)

salt, to taste

fresh basil leaves



  1. Mix tuna, yogurt, cucumber and mustard together.
  2. Season with salt.
  3. Wash basil leaves and put them onto one slice of bread.
  4. Now spread the tuna salad on top and top with second slice of bread.
  5. A quick and healthy meal – perfect to prepare for work or school!
