1 rye wholemeal roll/ or 2 slices whole grain bread
1/2 can chunk light tuna
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cucumber, diced
1/2 – 1 tsp of mustard (optional)
salt, to taste
fresh basil leaves
- Mix tuna, yogurt, cucumber and mustard together.
- Season with salt.
- Wash basil leaves and put them onto one slice of bread.
- Now spread the tuna salad on top and top with second slice of bread.
- A quick and healthy meal – perfect to prepare for work or school!
