1 can (15 oz.) of chickpeas
2 cloves of garlic
2 – 3 tsp of oil
3 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 – 3 tsp of tahini
1 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of ground paprika
salt, to taste
- Drain the chickpeas and rinse in cold water .
- Put everything in a food processor and mix well, until smooth.
Serve with warm pita bread or/and vegetable sticks (cucumber, carrot, paprika..).
