Quick and Easy Hummus




1 can (15 oz.) of chickpeas

2 cloves of garlic

2 – 3 tsp of oil

3 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 – 3 tsp of tahini

1 tsp of ground cumin

1 tsp of ground paprika

salt, to taste



  1. Drain the chickpeas and rinse in cold water .
  2. Put everything in a food processor and mix well, until smooth.

Serve with warm pita bread or/and vegetable sticks (cucumber, carrot, paprika..).
