Healthy Banana Ice Cream with Rolled Oats, Peanuts and Berries

Ingredients:

 

2 ripe bananas, frozen

1/3 cup of rolled oats

1/4 cup of unsalted peanuts

fruit of your choice (strawberries, raspberries and currants are my favorite fruit)

chia seeds

 

Process:

  1. Peel the banana and cut into slices.
  2. Put banana slices in a freezer bag and freeze over night or at least for 2 hours.
  3. Blend frozen banana slices in a food processor until you get a creamy consistency.
  4. Put your ice cream into a bowl and add rolled oats, peanuts, berries and chia seeds. Done!

 

Quick, easy and so delicious!!! I love the taste of bananas and peanuts –  just amazing 🙂
