1/2 cup of pineapple, cored and cubed (or defrosted)
1/3 cup of mango, peeled, seeded and cubed (or defrosted)
1/3 cup of papaya, peeled, seeded and cubed (or defrosted)
1 banana, cut into chunks
100 ml of unseweetened coconut water
100 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup of rolled oats
- Combine the pineapple, mango, papaya, banana, coconut water, orange juice and oats in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large glass or bowl and top with desired toppings (optional). I prefer banana, peanuts, coconut flakes and chia seeds.
